Our team combines youth perspective, program coordination, and community care. Each member brings a distinct role, but the work stays shared: create belonging, back initiative, and keep participation practical.

Hedvig Lundgren

Hedvig leads strategy and partnerships, keeping the organization grounded in youth priorities while building durable local support.

Vice Chair

Elias Norberg

Elias focuses on operations and volunteer coordination, making sure projects move from planning into consistent weekly activity.

Program Lead

Fatima El Khatib

Fatima designs workshops in media, music, and creative expression so young members can test skills in a welcoming, low-pressure setting.

Outreach Coordinator

Joel connects schools, families, and partner groups to the organization, helping new participants find a clear first step into community life.

Maja runs peer-led sessions and drop-ins, creating the kind of routine and trust that helps members keep showing up for one another.
